Faulty Battery was replaced with new unit
After being in touch with company about faulty battery which did not charge, a replacement was sent. The new unit works and battery only took 2 hours an 50 minutes to fully charge. The unit works as advertised and I am satisfied. I use it for shoulder discomfort and it is making a positive difference. Red light/NIR therapy is the medicine of the future. It is amazing to read the various research studies and history of its use in the healing process. Cutting edge. Thanks Anyork for making good on your promise!

Not impressed
I'm giving 3 stars because I have not noticed significant help yet but will give it more of a chance. Have a hard time getting it to the 5 min mode instead of 1 min. Red light is extremely BRIGHT beware! It does come with goggles- use them. I have rheumatory arthritis and good thing is it's very lightweight. Overall at time of writing, disappointing with no results of help yet.

Broke within a week
Gave this as a gift. My friend tried contacting the company about it not working, spending fruitless hours in his attempt, without being able to contact anyone. Very frustrating when you spend $100+ on a gift and it breaks within a week.

It works
Easy to use, got for friend who has RA. She used it on her hand and said the pain in her hand has been a lot better since using the infared light.
