Not only were these bass paper fasteners delivered quickly, are sturdy & I feel will be very durable. They work perfectly for making a golden mean caliper using foam-board. Just get your measurements correct and you have an inexpensive, lightweight, easy to use golden mean caliper.

Solid brass paper fasteners are stronger than brass plated fasteners. I will use them with my brass circles to hold my cardboard fireplace together. It's over 50 years old.

These fasteners are a welcome addition to my office supply closet. They come in handy. The box they came in was inadequate and a few were lost as I brought them to work as the box simply failed. Keep the box in a bag of you need to transport them anywhere.

Works as expected

I don't know what the manufacturer was thinking. If a person orders paper fasteners with extra long prongs to hold the pages, it would make sense to assume that they had a large number of pages that they wanted to hold together securely. Instead the prongs on these are thin, springy and impossible to keep down and equally impossible to hold the pages together. What a disappointment.

We used these in elementary school for paper projects. Moving characters. So I used them through the years for paper crafting. These are larger than I am used to but will work great to fake rivets. I recommend as they are brass.
