I was worried when this box showed up, it was so light that something must be missing.. It was all there. The pots are lightweight aluminum. It can probably get dinged up pretty easily, just take care of it. The stand assembled quickly with easy instructions. The flame is even and can be adjusted. Perfect for deep frying outside- who doesn't like fresh fries with burgers?! We did mozzarella sticks and it was perfect. The wide pans allow you to easily check how everything is cooking and prevents overcrowding. Great, inexpensive unit that will get the job done.

There were a few hick-ups along the way with shipping but Eliza stepped up and handled every step smoothly and efficiently. I could not be happier with Eliza's service and support. As for the fryer, the large pot is a little thin for my liking but the over all package is a good deal and I prefer the design of no timer on the burner. We use this for our crab boils and it worked great. My only complaint is how flimsy the pots are. The large pot was delivered with a few dents, not large enough to effect anything.

I had an issue with one of the items and contacted the seller and they resolved the issue without question after I provided them with the evidence. I received a replacement product within the week of contacting them. They have excellent customer service and products. I would recommend them to others and will continue to conduct business with them in the future.

Good value for the money. I expected the pot to be heavier/thicker. The lid is flimsy. Very light weight. Easy to clean as well as the accessories that were used. The turkey came out golden brown!

My item just came today. it came in perfect condition all the parts are here I'm not sure why some of the people that reviewed it before had negative comments or probably just got damaged in shipping. but I am so far I have not used it but I think I'm going to be very pleased with the entire purchase thank you.

I read the previous reviews that all mentioned the dents, but I took a chance anyway. Not only was the large pot dented horribly, one of the dents on the bottom was so bad it went all the way through and it won’t hold water. The other pot and cover was also dented, but not as badly. In addition to that, it was missing hardware, so I am unable to attach the handle to the small strainer. Worst mistake I’ve ever made ordering on Amazon.

The metal of the pots is very thin. After I use these a dozen times they will have holes in them from washing. The big pot dented just from bumping into a table one time. Ugh
