A friend boasted he grew up eating reapers so, I allowed him to add it to his sandwich. He bit, he chewed, he swallowed. He started eating just bread. His breathing was labored and he was sweating and started hiccuping.He admitted it was the hottest sauce he had ever had. I've ordered more. The flavor is smooth. The thickness makes it suitable to enhance chili.

Delicious. If you like spicy this is for you. Goes well for marinade for venison jerky.

Never before have I consumed anything that has given me cause to be concerned whether or not I have chemical burns within my rectum. Absolutely delightful. Hot as hell to be sure, but seriously flavorful as well! This bottle will last me forever! I love it in chili, gumbo, and marinades for BBQ.

A waste of money! If you like hot,spicy, sauce then this is NOT for you! I've found it to be weak in taste and fire to the point of being worthless. A better choice is also offered on Amazon. It is Dave's Gourmet sauce in either the habanero or (the true) bhut jolokia. Either one is great and I keep a lot on hand!

it sure is hot straight from the bottle.stuck a toothpick in it to taste and so i knew how hot it actually is.the tip of my tongue was numb and my lips turned red.it lasted a few minutes and that was about the size of a pinhead of sauce on the toothpick.once i added it to my bbq sauce,about a 1/2 gal used 1/2 of the bottle it was still very hot there were other ingredients i added to make it hotter.

My husband loves the heat! It's very very spicy! Best to be added to sauces.
