Do the pocket hit high on this coat? Thanks

The pockets on this coat are very high. The coat is also very narrow, I wear a size small. I ordered the coat in medium. I wish I had ordered a large. I am unable to layer as I would wish. The quality is acceptable. All considered It's a good value for the money.

What percentage is wool?

15% wool 85% polyester and 100% polyester lining.

I’m 5-00 with about 140lbs what size should I get ?

I am 5’ 6” and 140 lbs. I bought a size large and I am very happy with the fit. I can move comfortably in it. It may be quite long on you as it hits me mid-calf. Hope this helps.

How do you care for this coat? There are not instructions.

According to the laundry symbols on the label- wash on Warm cycle, no bleach, low iron, and use petroleum solvent when dry cleaning. If you wash it, I would air dry it. There is no symbol for drying the coat.
