Great work computer. Different from my previous Dell. Has most of what I needed for the right price. Good keyboard, but NOT underlit. NO touch screen. Too bright. On the dimmest setting, the black letters turn grey. My sensitive eys prefer low lighting, but I had to compromise to have darker letters. Love that I can make the curser bold and black. Overall, I would buy this laptop again.

Great laptop. The only problem I've had with it is the charger port came loose, causing issues with charging. I've had to make do because to send it away to fix it would be weeks. Looking up reviews online, this is a common issue.

This is the third report have have made on this . First was to return because it was opened. Second was that Amazon sold me a 2018 MFG computer labels 2019 and shipped in Jan 2020 with basically no warranty and that the radio receiver chip went out. Now third the radio receiver chip has gone out again. The MFG won't answer and the supplier will not answer. Now I am asking Amazon what to do. Have have spent a lot om $$ to fix and install software by my TECK'y (Need a Nerd) who is a professional. We have replaced the Chip twice. The computer works fine but this is getting frustrating. Need an answer from Amazon. Especially about this supplier NET GEAR no support. My Supplier rating would by No Star

Have had this for a couple of months now and have had zero issues!

Quick machine especially boot and shutdown. Pointing device (pad) was a bit sticky on left/right buttons initially, but seems to be smoothing out.

The touchpad is far to the left, rather than centered, making it very awkward for right-handed users

Having a PC with a SSD, solid state hard drive makes PC much faster and the life span of the PC should be longer.
