JETech Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy Note 8, TPU Ultra HD Film, Case Friendly, 2-Pack

I dont normally write reviews for screen protectors, I generally go for the cheapest one that doesnt have terrible ratings, they are a challenge to apply straight and without air bubbles and they do an ok job at protecting my phone, however this time is different, this was as I say the cheapest option on amazon search that had a rating above 4 *, however upon inspecting the contents of the package (I expected 1 screen protector at this price but it included 2) and a small plastic gadget which I thought was for smoothing out the air bubbles etc, no this tool plugged into the charging port and had 2 raised pieces which when plugged into the phone allows you to place the screen protector perfectly over the plasic tool (cut outs in the screen protector hold it in place) and ensures that you have no trouble perfectly alligning the protector to your phone, this allowed more concentration and precision to removing the air bubbles, this was pure genius and such an amazing tool especially for such a reasonably priced product, my phone now looks even better than it did with the previous screen protector which was askew for over a year and had worn out, very happy with this product and will definitely remember this brand fondly in my future purchases

Perfect fit, very easy installation by way of a genius application method. Beats many of the wet application screen protectors that I have tried so far. The screen protector actually sticks and leaves no residue around the edges to give a perfect 'almost not there' look. No issues with my phone case, which I was having trouble against other screen protectors. Hats off to the geniuses at JETech for coming up with a screen protector that actually does what it is designed to do, great product and a great installation technique to ensure customer satisfaction.

I chose film protection instead of glass because the Note 8 screen is curved and I wanted maximum coverage that you would not get with tempered glass. I rushed the installation a bit, so make sure you take your time and watch the YouTube demo a couple of times.No bubbles or dust but the top of the film has left up because it gets caught a little on the Spigen case that I use as well so fit not exactly perfect.You should note that the plastic film does smell a bit for the first day or so.

Took my time installing this screen protector I struggled to remove all air bubbles at first and got to the the point where I was ok with the outcome and decided to leave it overnight when I checked it in the morning all the air bubbles has gone there is a faint line where there was a seam in the backing card but this appears to be fading over time. There is a reasonable amount of screen exposed in the corners I estimate about 5 mm but I've had cases before that catch and lift these corners my current case sits just before so this is unlikely to happen. not sure of the degree of protection yet as it's not had any unfortunate experiences unlike my last screen protector that withstood an Impact that damaged the LCD but kept the screen unmarked. Maybe it would be better in a condom, but until something hits my screen I can only assume this will work well

I replace my screens frequently, so I'm not stupid, nor am I clumsy, and more than capable of following the instructions. Clean the screen first, take your time, dont rush itI have bought JET-tech before, and found them easy to install, and of good quality.This one, no way. Firstly. There is no cutouts for the front camera. Just how are you going to get any clarity on a picture, with plastic over the lens?Second the plastic clamp idea for installation-good idea, as it does allow the phone to remain stable while applying the screen. But it can only be used once. It got a sticky pad on the bottom.Third. Made sure the screen was perfectly clean prior to application, pulled back the plastic...two bits of dust under the film. How? Ok must be static somehow, but that is so hit and miss. And when you consider you only now get two items-(Used to be three). You are knackered. Over-priced poor quality.Will look for a different supplier now.

Full disclosure, I bought these screen protectors following a tragic phone dropping incident - my hope was that they would help tide me over until I could afford to fix my screen.I really like the application tool, it certainly takes the guess work out of applying the screen protector, you just plug the thing into your charging port and then hook the screen protector onto it and get to work.Your success with this kind of screen protector is very much down to patience and perseverance. I suspect a few of the one star reviews are people who just wanted to slap it on in 30 seconds expecting perfection. I didn't take my time applying mine and it went on reasonably well, there are a few bubbles in the bottom of the screen but I feel of I really took my time with application I would have avoided them entirely... And this is on a screen that is rather cracked.I'm really happy with the product, my screen is still broken, but at least it's smooth now!

Finally a great screen protector for the note 8.I have purchased 3 different brands of screen protector not including 2 glass brands and these are the first that actually stick properly to the edge of the screen. It comes with a black applicator that sticks to a table or surface that fits into the usb-c slot which holds it still and acts as a guide for the screen protector as it has two groves in it to aid perfect application.I'd highly recommend wiping your phone with a microfiber cloth and isopropyl alcohol to make sure it's 100% degreased before application.Purchased another pack incase they stop selling these.

This product is terrible. I've installed many screen protector. Infact the same day I put this one on my Galaxy Note 8, i also installed a glass one onto my wifes iphone. That was easy. Done and dusted in seconds. This one however was virtually impossible to put on correctly. So much so I ruined the first one before it went on the screen. The second stayed on my phone for maybe 10 mins, impossible ti get the bubbles out and the edges do not sit nicely leaving a crease.
