Installation of the stereo system was easy. Pairing up the BT was easy. Everything works and sounds Great!The BT, USB Flash Drive, CD and FM stations. No Complaints Here!

The system works great. However, the instructions for axxess module are VERY vague. I had to get online and download better instructions. The reason for the 4 star is the fact you actually have to cut your pink wire from the harness that goes to the clutch side volume control for this thing to work (If you dont the axxess device will not work! I figured this the hard way after multiple attempts). Not very plug play when you have to cut a wire from the harness. Make sure to update your firmware before installing. All in all after it was said and done, I am happy with system. The bluetooth works flawlessly. My phone works great streaming music on it, it hooks to my sena headset flawlessly as well. Good buy for the money

great radio, was a little complex to fit on my Harley but I eventually found the issue (little pink wire) and one call to the service help desk clarified the connection. Very satisfied overall.

Not as easy to install as expected called and was told it would work on a four speaker system not plug and play as described bike is at local Harley dealer trying to get thumb controls to work not very happy at this point

It took over a month to receive this item after ordering it. Now that It has arrived I still cannot install because it’s missing the hardware to mount the radio to the bracket.

Directions are terrible, but the system will work. DO NOT cut wires in your harness and ground! My shipment included two identical harnesses. I used one as it was received and connected it into the appropriate wires on the radio harness. If you are standing in front of the bike looking at the back of the radio, use then factory harness that comes over the top of the radio and comes around to the left side. Also use this harness for connection to the Access box for the handlebar controls. There was no provision for the rear speakers. The rear speakers are wired into the second harness on the bike, but the provided aftermarket harness does not have the terminals in the correct locations to allow connection to the 4 wires needed to get the rear speakers to work. I took all of the terminals out of the aftermarket harness plug and reinstalled the 4 that were needed for the rear speakers. Take your rear speakers out to identify the wire colors and then find them in the factory harness. Use 4 wires in those locations to connect to the factory harness. The colors will not match but it will work. If you are ok with cutting the factory harness, you could just connect the 4 identified wires directly to the radio harness. For the handlebar controls there is a small two wire pigtall that connects to the access box via a plug. The brown wire connects to the remote wire on the on the radio harness. Mine was blue / yellow. The brown/black wire is not used. On the access box there are two holes. It's not obvious but one is a light and the other is a reset button. When you power up the radio you should see red and yellow lights flashing on the box. Move the handlebar volume button up while the box is flashing to program it. If the box does light up, push the reset button and try it again. Hopefully this saves you some of my aggravation and pain. It's an awesome upgrade once you figure the installation out! WOW, great system.. Installed this weekend and very happy. Instructions are vaque as others stated, so review them clearly for the Harley section and wiring. Radio to HD adapter is straightforward, but don't forget blue/yel on radio to brown on HD adapter, then cut the pink/wht from left Harley harness and ground. Power up, watch adapter LED's then push Vol UP.. once LED's quit flashing and go Green your good to go. All functions are there, only one I noticed lost is the HD speaker switch now does not turn off speakers so I will rewire that to turn on/off my amp and problem solved.A+ Cartronics!!!

Love the radio, the only reason for the 4 stars and not he 5 is because the instructions for install and configuration of the thumb controls are very poor. I ended up calling the manufacturer after multiple attempts to get it to work, turns out there is an extra brown wire that looks like a headphone jack that has to be wired into the radio. Once I did that everything worked great.
