essential kit for long walks on cold days. Keeps my hands warm either in my pocket or tucked into gloves. Heat lasts at least 8 hours. Wouldn't be without them in winter

These are okay to use, they warm up fast and keep hands warm when in your pocket. Doesn’t stay warm for the time stated but it’s perfect for my daughter in the morning for her school journey.

great size good price easy to use and warm. a tip is if u accidentally open one put it in a zit lock bag and it will stop heating and when u want to use it take it out it will reactivate as it needs oxygen.

A bit slow at first to warm up but once they do they get quite hot but not too hot, very pleased with the item, this was a pack of ten pairs, I gave some to my brother for when he goes to see a football match and to my mam, they were pleased too.

Pretty good, not sure if I used correctly as it would seem to go cool but then heat back up. Did seem to have some warmth left at the end of a 12 hour shift. Overall good for what I wanted.

I purchased these to replace the out of date others I had (different brand), I spend a lot of time in the mountains and wilds in the winter here by myself and with others I take. This type of survival kit is very simple but crucial and have used it many, many times for comfort and also near critical situations for others. I tested this brand in my driveway which was about minus 7, one was taped to my right wrist and nothing on the other without gloves on both hands, my right hand was fine as my blood was kept warm the left hand was useless and freezing in under two minutes. Depending on the exposure to air these will last for hours and this is the difference between being alive or not, all my mountaineering team (and 'guests') carry these (a few each in pocket) plus emergency blankets. I am an ex mountain/winter warfare soldier who loves snow, blizzards, ice etc., trust me get this stuff, a five hundred pound jacket will not save you when it goes wrong, these warmers and a space blanket will, ok you will not feel like you are on a beach in summer but your chances of survival are hugely increased, DO NOT forget the foot warmers, hands are easier to warm, your feet are not. I nearly died on the Brecon Beacons from exposure many moons ago (as a soldier), we had no way of creating heat, we did not have this stuff, this stuff is good, get it.

Used these when we went to Lapland, they're a must have when going somewhere so cold (-23 Celsius). Lasted for a good 6-8 hours, and you could wear them under gloves/in shoes without them being uncomfortable.
