I bought it for 11 year old and he is very happy with it. There are so many possible options.

Good for learning about electronics
Great, son loves it, hope you learn all about motors and electrics be careful as motors very easily burn out as they are not of high quality.

Works as intended.
I have tested the DC motor which works great. The stands that come with the motor works great and is easy to fix together. The fan sizes are a little smaller than expected but works well.

Great value and great Motors
Brought this kit to replace dead motors on my Grandson's Thomas the Tank Engine battery trains,first one done, now flies round the track, twice as fast as the other trains. Kit has enough parts for me to upgrade/make more trains and maybe make some planes as well. Tested all 6 motors when I got and they all work. Great value and great kit.

Components very small
Items are very small and the motors are very weak

Wires are fiddly and small and hard to hook onto the switch and motor
Product was as described but the wires need to be improved and longer. It is so difficult to get all the connections done so that they dont keep coming apart every few seconds.

Brilliant set, all working well!
Brilliant little set, fine to work for my 9 year old, he’s absolutely delighted with it, can be very creative and hours of fun! We try and combine it with lego and with a bit of goodwill it does - see photo, he now wants but it for his friends

Not enough power to move
Very disappointed with the motor’s. They don’t give enough power to move the car.Great array of materials to use. But means nothing when the car is static.
