Ice and Hot Wrap for Foot/Ankle Pain Treatment

I can't imagine my life without this now.I brought this last year, I have an ankle full of metal plates and screws, in the winter if they freeze my whole leg gets soo cold it takes hours to warm up again but now I chuck this in the microwave for 35 seconds each side and my ankle feels better in no time, same in the summer when the metal heats up, I grab it out the freezer and cool my ankle down instantly

We call it my ice boot, and I wear it while watching the news every night after exercising (I have osteoarthritis in my ankles). I haven't tried it hot- I use a hot water bottle for that, especially when I do 10 minutes hot, 10 minutes cold as recommended by the physio.

Bought for my husband following ankle replacement surgery. Absolutely brilliant! Wraps round the whole ankle for him, and he can put it on easily himself no fiddly separate ice packs to deal with! Can't recommend it highly enough, the best find this year!

Speedy delivery... thank you! Have not used it as a "cold therapy". Certainly does the trick although I did find it a little awkward to fit. Has most definitely helped my peroneal tendonitis.
