Very easy to install!
When I first opened the box and saw so many different parts I thought, what have we gotten ourselves into? After reading the instructions, I realized we only needed a few of the screws and something else (sorry, slipped my mind). My husband used his drill to put the screws in the studs. It was a cinch! We connected the brackets and slid the tv on! Voila! We love it. It works just the way they said it would. You can pull it forward, turn it to the left or right, turn it up toward the ceiling or down toward the floor. 2 thumbs up!

Does not fit a 32"tv
The construction of the product seems heavy duty until I put the tv up on the wall mount rack and noticed that only half of the hooks catch the rails. I would make due with this if I was keeping just a 32" tv on the mount but I wanted to put a bigger tv up in a month or two. I wouldn't feel comfortable hanging a bigger tv on this mount without all the hooks catching the rail. I will add pictures if I have the option on here.

It's twisting out of shape well below the rated weight limit.
This felt like a nice sturdy mount. I bought 2, one is in my kitchen & the other is in the bedroom. Kitchen mount is holding a 32" Toshiba Fire TV without issue, it's pretty bulky & heavy for a 32" but nothing extreme. It has a nice range of motion & extension length for me to twist it around for 3 different rooms. The bedroom mount is a whole different story. It is holding a 49lb 55" TV & the arm is twisting under the weight. I cannot move the arm without a struggle. The arm is twisting at the joint so it really doesn't want to move, & I personally don't trust pulling it out any so pressed up against the wall it will stay. Very unimpressed with this mount & a 50lb load. If the TV had any real value I'd have taken it down to avoid damaging the TV if the mount were to eventually give out, but it was a bargain RCA TV that I don't really care about. So for a lighter load, maybe up to 25lbs I'd say this is a decent mount for the money. I would NOT recommend this mount for anything heavier than 30-40lbs, DEFINITELY not anything 50lbs or above regardless of what the manufacturer says it can handle.

Not secure
I work night shift and I woke up today to what sounded like thunderstorms. I go to check out side of my front window it’s sunny. Hmm strange right I go to my back bedroom that I use for a home gym just doing a perimeter check, and I find my tv is in the floor broken and cracked. We used wall anchors as you can tell and it was in a stud. Still not secure do not recommend for 44 inch to even. States it will hold up to 65 inch tv. WRONG

Great for my new 40", Not for a 32" or smaller
First let me say that this is a great value. It also has lots of built-in adjust-ability which was nice as I did not have to get everything 100% perfect when mounting to the wall. It even comes with tons of hardware, level, velcro cable ties, and an HDMI cable. Great for a 1st timer like me. More than enough for my needs in mounting a 40" flat screen weighing about 15 lbs. The vertical bars that mount to the TV itself are 16.5" long and are NOT drilled for mounting all up and down. So you have to be careful in choosing this for anything smaller than 40". I took my time in attaching to a stud in my wall, tried to get all level. But still came out a slight bit off. No problem! This unit has the ability to refine the level position a bit and that was all I needed. Find things a bit off side to side? No problem as there is adjust-ability that way in very decent amounts. I can say that the swing arm is pretty stiff - not moving by just a finger or two - and I would not grab and use the TV to try and move it much (not that I have or want to). I would move it just enough using the TV to reach behind and grab the mount itself - either the horizontal or vertical bars.
