Do NOT plug battery directly into CPAP without the Adapter. Estimated Run Times - Run times are estimates and depend upon several factors including PAP device type and pressure setting. Run times are based on CPAP devices without the use of heated humidification or heated tubing on a pressure setting of 10 cm/H2O. The use of heated humidification and heated tubing will reduce run times by two-thirds in most cases. Need longer run times? Problem - not reliable.
Very disappointed! Used this once during PG&E Power Shut-off (my home is in California), and then recharged it. Everything seemed normal, battery showed it was fully charged, but that evening when I attached it to CPAP the battery pack showed one green light- very low! Have since checked everything, charged it again - the battery pack WON'T hold a charge. Also, found that the return time was over - very displeased with this product. So my recommendation is - Don't get this item!

Battery will not charge. Don't waste your money
This battery is worthless it will not charge. My husband tried to use it last week on his camping trip and it would not work. He got 4 hrs of sleep and then his machine shut off. I plugged it in when he got home and it will not charge. I would have given it no stars but it did not give me that option.
