Have to put a muzzle on my dog while cutting his nails. It stops him nipping me.

I'll start by saying I'm not one for putting a muzzle on my dogPrimarily because I trained him to bite on commandAnyway I decided to test this muzzle to see if it could stop him from biting on command the reason for this was to test the product for ppl that me have a problemed dogThe results were shocking to say the least after placing it on my dog and giving the command he got out of it to easily he then destroyed itFrom receiving it to putting it in the trash was less than five minutesThe conclusionThe velcro strap that goes around the muzzle simply is inadequate there are simply to many variables to take inThe biggest being grip I would strongly recommend a clasp to add additional strengthWitch brings me to the second and potentially the biggest issue the clasp used it simply to week and brittle aswell as to smallAdding a larger clasp and relocating it to the back of the neck would again add additional strength and make it harder for and dog to get out if itAs it stands I wouldn't recommend this product for a dog that displays any of the followingDominantAnxietyAggressive behaviourTendency to destroy furniture or clothingTrained security/ attack dogRecommend usePuppy's that eat furniture and or clothing

I found this rather difficult to get on to my dog and although i do not use it all the time I would have liked it to be more comfortable for him.

The media could not be loaded.  Got a S size for JRT who is smaller than average (and has narrow snout), which just about fits her. I would recommend size M for average sized jrts.Got it next day delivery promptly and well packaged. I got it to prevent my JRT from biting as she can be quite aggressive towards unfamiliar kids and dogs. Fits fine and looks comfortable. She looked confused but was not hesitant to wear it. Will see if it works when I actually take her for a walk!----It worked well when used while walking.She could greet other dogs without the worry of her biting the other dog.

Bought this for our young puppy. She likes to nibble a bit. Could do with a piece going from the muzzle to the head strap so to stop the dog pulling the muzzle strap off. But otherwise does exactly what it says on the tin. quality, comfortable, great that the muzzle adjusts, just one great bit of kit to save the furniture, etc. Also great for walking our pup out as she is not happy with other dogs apart from our other 3, so stops the other dogs getting bit if she was to lunge. Also stops her pulling and she can still breathe. Definitely recommend this muzzle.

I had 1st purchased a way more expensive, well known brand soft muzzle but after trying 3 different sizes, they just didn't do the trick. I ended up buying this as a last ditch attempt as I needed one asap for my rescue dog who is scared of other dogs and if one gets too close, she will give wee nip. I honestly wasn't expecting much as it was so cheap! I am honestly so so happy I bought it!!! Its comfortable round my dogs face, it can be loosened easily. It doesn't bother her as much as some much more expensive soft muzzles. 100% recommended by me and my woofer

Bought this to use as a backstop for my over enthusiastic German Shepherd on our walks. Ordered a large as this was the size given for an 11" snout. Arrived quickly but oh my it's teeny tiny! Not only that I ordered a Galaxer and received a DO DO Pet (made in China where everything is tiny) She's used to a muzzle and I tried it on her without any complaints. However, I could not even get the velcro to reach across her nose. One very puzzled Sheppy later I decided to send it back for a refund. Given their sizing she would need an XXL so buyer beware. Oh also the price dropped by almost 50% between ordering and buying so not happy about that either :(

Liked the softness and that it was very light and easy to put on.
