Don't buy. Company has horrible customer service. Their only response to fix any problems with their devices is to send the device in. They wont do any troubleshooting or anything like that over the phone/email with you. And you have to pay for that shipping they dont reimburse you.Next the device isn't really worth it. EVERYTHING is controlled through their website it can not be controlled from the device its self. The controls available for it are a pain as well. This device isn't worth the 370 they are asking for it. Your better off running android system on a monitor. Way cheaper!

Not user friendly. Their website interface is a joke, like someone is programming out a college dorm room. Equipment failed in less than 20 days.

We used this to pair our family calendar from our iPhones and hung it up in our mud room entry so all the kids can see the schedule. Takes a bit of time to figure out the pairing but once complete it works perfect

This is an excellent product that allows display of weekly calendar, a countdown for holidays or special event, along with weather. You can also download photos from the cloud right to the Dakboard. We’ve been looking for something this good for years!! Also, you can change the payout, upgrade service, and it syncs calendar to your I phones. Make that appointment for a Dentist and have it display on the DakBoard as well as your spouses phone calendar. Kids asking you “what’s the weather tomorrow?” Look at the Dakboard! “How many days till a Christmas ?” Look at the Dakboard countdown! Only thing they have to vastly improve on is instruction set up and to hire a dedicated person to be available for customer service questions. Once it’s set up, no need for phone support or minimal. And Made in the USA!!!

The DAKboard is so nice to keep our family's schedule together and to see family pictures that rotate.

I wish I could give it zero stars. I waited and waited and waited for this product to arrive and was instantly disappointed. In my optimism I thought I could get it to work but it didn't happen. Not only is it difficult to use if you are not familiar with Raspberry Pi, the piece of equipment rarely operated on a consistent basis. It could be such a wonderful product but the design is made of as cheap CPU with an Dell monitor. It is overpriced and the customer support is smug and insolent. I would steer clear of this product if every considering it. they do not offer a hardware warranty, only a "satisfaction guarantee" of 90 days. Maybe I got a bad unit but, again, stand by your product if it is so wonderful. I have already recycled the former refurbished Dell monitor knowing they don't have a warranty. Several people have gotten lucky with this product but I did not and am out $400+. Be warned people.

I have been using the Dakboard for about 3 months. There were some setup challenges but nothing I couldn't overcome. Great to have our "Family" calendar constantly shared and updated between mobile devices and our Kitchen wall. We are using the COZI app as a shared calendar and it is superb as the backbone of the system. If you are even slightly interested in cutting edge gadgets this is a must have family device. I am sure at some point there will be a more powerful platform available but for now this is a great tool!
