First of all- costumer service is outstanding- I needed this product overnighted- they took my order personally to the Post office- I received it timely the next day-About the product- this is the second time I purchase the treatment- obviously I had a good experience the first time- knowingly I tried this again for my daughter- who hurt her Aquiles tendon in a ski racing event. She is an elite level athlete- and has A team of Physical Therapists and medical attention- however we needed to get her in competition mode within three days. Amazingly it worked as expected- the inflammation was down faster than expected- the swelling - down- the patches work for the pain and discomfort- her doctors asked for the name of the treatment they were impressed. Years ago I bought a similar product for a groin pull injury snd it worked really well. This re configuration did not really work. The crème helps but the patches made no difference

i first found and started using this product when it was "qivantage". i used the plaster and therapeutic recovery cream in conjunction with dry needling to heal a torn hamstring. within 3 weeks ! since then i have used it on tennis elbow and other sports injuries, like deep bruising from crashing on skis, and other muscle strains. the qi vantage company was bought out by jadience. qi vantage did a better job focusing on and marketing to sports medicine/therapy. jadience doesn't unfortunately, and i am afraid in the long run, this will jeopardize the viability of this wonderful product.

I've used this plaster multiple times and it always makes a major difference in my recovery, which I can be more certain of because I've used it a few days after injuries that were neither improving nor getting worse and it hastened the healing process each time. Best of all is to use it right away, of course.

Great remedy kit. Still in the process of using it. Back pain has reduced a lot. No longer wearing back brace and started mild exercises. Will continue until remedy is complete.
