River Road Blackened Seasoning, 4.25 Ounce Shaker

I’ve tried many brands, but this is the one! It’s not to salty and has the right blend of spices. Works great on chicken and fish.

We first tried this down in New Orleans at a fish store/restaurant years ago, and have been ordering it ever since. It’s fabulous on and in everything!

We have vacationed in Pensacola Beach for many years , and the must thing to do is go to Joe Patti’s seafood market for the right off the boat seafood . This is the seasoning they used to use for spicy steamed shrimp . I said used to because they now use a different seasoning.I brought home a bottle of this and used it on almost everything, fish , chicken, pork chops, veggies....until they stopped carrying it. So I went directly to Fiesta Seasonings company and bought a case as well as some other things like Taco steak and my all time fav extra hot cayenne pepper. I ran out of blackened , and when I went back there they only have small packets. Which brought me to Amazon where I bought 4 more big bottles.Thanks Amazon for seemingly having everything , even things that the manufacturer no longer has.PS that xtra hot cayenne in chili is perfect , it will form a little sweat on your forehead , which to me means perfection

I've been looking for a great tasting blackened seasoning for some time. I've tried many of them. All the ones in the store are not very good. I saw this River Road Seasoning on Amazon and thought I'd give it a try. I'm glad I did. The quality and taste are wonderful. I love a great Ribeye steak, black and blued. That's a ribeye with blackened seasoning and topped with real blue cheese. So Good....

Bought down in New Orleans years ago and recently ran out after months of blackened tilapia. Purchased here, but the smell is off and so is the flavor. Next time, purchasing from website listed on container for much less.

The first time we tried River Road Blackened Seasoning was in Destin, FL. I bought 3 bottles when I ran out I was in a bit of a panic. I was so glad that I could purchase it through Amazon. It's a little more money through Amazon (approx. 1.00) than the Fish Mkt. in Destin, but it's worth it. We put it on Shrimp, Fish and Chicken. Great flavor!!
