Best protective head gear I’ve used.
I like this head gear. It serves its purpose. However, for me there are two cons. First one being the blind spots caused by the design. You lose a little peripheral vision but can minimize it by adjusting the fit for your head. Number two is its pretty big so it makes your head bigger. Still not a deal breaker. Just move your head more. The protective aspect of this gear over rides my two cons.I recommend this for hard sparring sessions.

Simply the best
The quality of this headgear is second to none. The leather is top notch. It’s fit is very customizable and the protection is the best I’ve experienced in 22 years of Muay Thai and boxing (and a lot of headgear).

Well Designed
I prefer this to the top of the line Cleto Reyes. Protection is good and I let a hard hook slip in and connect on my ear without too much effect. This headgear is designed for inadvertent and misplaced blows that sneak through, not all-out pummeling but it gave a surprising amount of protection from that punch. It's been years since I wore Cleto Reyes but I remember feeling more of the impact with that helmet.

Great product!
i bought fighting sports gloves a week ago (which I love) and figured I would try the head gear. After two sets of rival (the guerro model in both sizes offered), everlast, and two sets of hayabusa (elite 2.0 genuine leather and genesis), this product was by far the best. Hugged my head snug and visibility was not altered to great as the nose bar goes out a little further than most other products I tried on. I do have a few concussions from hockey and rugby and when I spar with this head gear I don't get headaches the next day which Did happen with some of the other headgear. I'm 5'7" ;175lbs ; head diameter 22 1/4 inches.

Way to big and bulky
Have used this back in the day. It will pretect you but it makes your head a huge target. I couldnt slip far enough to get out of the way. I do not recomend.

Awesome Headgear
I purchased this head gear after returning one to Title that I didn't like. This headgear is much more solid and has way better protection than any other headgear I've used previously including the Everlast Safemax Pro. It is super light and has a good metal nose guard beneath about half an inch of padding on either side. It fits really snug, but is adjustable if you need to bend it out a bit. I asked some friends at the gym to throw a couple good jabs and crosses at me to test it out and it works like a dream. I tried it for the first time sparring last night and it works really well to absorb the impact and protect your face from breaks cuts and bruises. Really solid protection from all sides, and your vision isn't hindered by the guard very much at all. I work in the corporate environment so I get funny looks if I come in with a black eye or a split lip.The only con with this headgear is that if you use the Philly shell (which I do on occasion since I'm a south paw) you lose some ability to shoulder block. In terms of the condition I got it in there was only one very small pin hole in it, but I'm not really concerned about the overall quality. It is definitely worth the price and I would most certainly buy it again.

A bunch of protection.
Your Vision is better than expected, it's a bunch of protection though.
