Great organizer for a chair or couch.
This is a great item for over the arm of a chair/couch. Ours was for a recliner and it fits perfect. The material quality is very nice, not thin. There are enough pockets and different sizes for all our equipment and papers. It is wide enough to tuck in on the opposite side of the arm. We can easily use the handle to the recliner also.

Not very stable
It does not stay in place on the leather arm of the recliner. And it has a rough texture that is irritating if you move your arm around on it. I like the number of pockets that it has and the size of the pockets.
