Great Support and Awesome Pain Relief!
Instant comfort and relief! I fell down a brick stairway earlier this week and have been suffering from a horribly sprained and banged up ankle. The neoprene wrap I was using only provided a modicum of relief. So I scoured Amazon for a better product. I read review after review and description after description until my eyes glazed over. Then I read the information for this product. Then I reread it. Everything seemed too perfect, but I took the chance on ordering an Amazon Warehouse deal package, and...My compression socks arrived with a slight tear at the top of the sealed plastic package. Not big enough for either sock to maneuver through, more like someone had started to open the package and changed their mind. So I got a great price for a one inch rip in the plastic packaging. Score!I immediately slipped one on and adjusted the sock so that the gel pads cradled my ankles. It feels like a miraculous padded sling lifting the pressure off yet securely supporting my ankle. My ankle feels so great now that I’m noticing only the pain from the other injuries. Haha. Now for some more miracle products! For those that need to ask: yes there are two socks in the package. I normally have a slender foot and ankle, but I went with the medium. It fits beautifully and is not too loose or too tight.

Very happy and very good pain relieve
I got this pair about 6 months ago and fi ally using it with my ankle pain that came back recently and i m suprised that it is actually helping to relieve my ankle pain along the side of the ankle round bones on both of my ankles. I ordered another similar pair that hs “7MF” printed on it in orange color ( also got from Amazon) and just try it on and it is not as good as this green one in pain relieve and better fit. This one is more snug with my skinny ankle and overall better suppor in my case. Since u have to wash the first pair i got and realized the other similar pair is not as good, i m coming back to order a second one.

Seems to be helping to stabilize my ankles
I’m a 55-yr-old overweight woman with arthritis in both ankles. I’ve been working out for years but have a significant thyroid issue and apparently a lousy metabolism, hence the weight. I do a lot of walking and various workouts with a lot of lateral, forward/back, etc. movement. It’s difficult to do any kind of standing workout with bad ankles though. These seem to do a decent job of stabilizing my ankles. They still hurt a fair amount during the first 1.5 miles of my 4 mile walk, but I feel they are helping AND I’m feeling less ankle pain when I’m done. I just bought a second pair so I have a pair at home and one for when I walk at work. I wear them UNDER my socks. I don’t find them particularly bulky. I got a medium and by the time I remove them there’s an outline on both sides from where the gel pads are but it’s not an issue.

1 year review
I play soccer, run and walk a lot at work.So for me; my ankles take loads of work.Just recently a week and half ago I suffered my first mild sprain. It was a quick recovery process due to “RICE”.Without this brace, I would have been limping at work. This brace literally helped me by supporting my ankle with the proper strength to perform job duties(stairs, driving, walking hills). Without it, I probably wouldn’t have had a 3 day recovery on walking after a sprain injury. However, before the injury, I would use this a lot while playing soccer or training. So here is where the durability comes in to effect. From running, kicking a soccer ball repeatedly, sweating this thing out, hand washing it and after having it for just a year—it has lost its shape from the collar ends of the brace. The gel pad stitching has come off. The material still feels soft and fantastic but it’s durability on the gel pads and collar band is gone.I wouldn’t buy this again for the activities I do, instead I would buy another one for recoveries post-injuries. Furthermore this is more like a recovery brace to speed up recovery instead of a work out brace/sleeve. So just keep that in mind. For now, I will be taping my ankles for training and playing soccer while I find a durable brace sleeve for my ankle. For its price it’s okay... but I feel like the durability should be improved. The stitching for the gel pads at least.

Great support
These help so much if you’ve ever had a sprained ankle or a history of spraining your ankle. They provide so much support and comfort. Even if you just don’t have strong ankles, this would be great to help with that. I can’t recommend this enough.

Better than the Dr. ordered !!!
I have a failed Sub Talar joint , bone on bone , the pain has been mind numbing ,& mobility severely limited. My Dr prescribed a bulky, clumsy, lace up "boot " which gave minimal relief, and made it impossible to wear normal shoes . Next I tried a $70 Orthopedic brace with Gel support . along with Voltaran arthritis rub made life much more bearable, however ,the brace did not hold up well ,and took days to dry after hand washing . Looking around on Amazon for similar item I ,found these braces & I'm so glad I did . the fit is great, the compression is just where it is needed, & I can get my shoes on Just like the $70 & so affordable

Very useful
I got this after my ankle surgery. I like the padded area on the side. It help transition from the surgical boots to regular shoes.

Wrong Size Chart
The measurement instructions on Amazon (leg circumference 4 inches above the ankle) yielded a small size for me, which was way too tight when I tried the sleeves. Funnily enough, the size chart on the back of the product uses a completely different measurement of the ankle circumference, resulting in a size medium for me!After a very long, unncessary delay, I managed to return the useless sleeves. Huge waste of time. Not recommended.
