It's not only delicious but very digestible. This product has a perfect flavor for summer sausage. It isn't fatty & has a smooth consistency. It's definitely a bit pricy, but that's a quality vs quantity issue. I use it for gifts & for my personal enjoyment.

YUMMY...just as I remeber it!
These beef rolls are so good. I remember these when I was a kid. I was upset when I could not order another 2 pounder because they were sold out. I enjoyed this with cheese and crackers and apples for lunches! Yah Swiss Colony!

Not the quality they used to be
Swiss Colony is over priced for the sizes they send .Also, it is not up to the high quality and taste that it once was.Buyer beware. It's just o.k. Edible but not delicious. Very tiny sizes for the high prices.

Could never find a replacement for hickory farms since they changed the recipe to make theirs horrible. This one from from Swiss colony is like the old hickory farms and tastes great
