I've tried many different CLAs and these have definitely been my favorite so far! I think people expect some supplements to be magic pills that make you lose weight & or lean out quickly, but these on top of hard work & a proper healthy diet, are a great addition! A+

This product I think helps me manage my food intake. I can't tell fully but I believe it helps support lean body mass. Good product, worth a shot...esp for those starting out on their weight loss journey!
