Yes. I sleep with this every night and the radicular pain has all but disappeared .

Anyone else get the wrong size?

This collar tends to fit medium to long neck length. 3-4 inch height. Great for daytime use with its harder front area-good support, not good for sleep if you sleep on side.

Hard and not comfortable to wear at all. Bad product.

It is not what they wrote on the product description. It seems to be hard stuff and not comfortable at all to wear. I just used for few minutes and then left it out. I bought another from Apollo Pharmacy and got much better product. Amazon sucks now a days
