I am a British Citizen. My mother always used Birds Custard Powder. Flavor is great, Consistency is great and the taste is great. Use it as a topping for all deserts.

I am from Dublin, and every Christmas we make sherry trifle. This year, I didn't have any custard left so I went to Amazon and got a drum from Ireland. Just perfect.

It's iike Jello cook-and-serve pudding to which you add your own sweetener.

Waste of money! Can use basic raw ingredients with better results for far less money.,
