Okay, so I am not technical. I had a look at the various matches for the dead battery in my Samsung laptop and opted for this one as it was voltage wise an exact match. Installation was easy and the new battery a perfect fit (I just googled a how to video on the net). The final test, turned it on and it works and is charging as I type. It is early days, but I will only update this review in the event of something going not quite as it should.
