Cover was supposed to be faux leather but it is more faux than leather. Looks and feels like plastic. Was not what I wanted but it functions. I don't expect it to last long.Revised 01-20-2019: It doesn't even function well. The keyboard has problems. Characters won't type. I have to watch carefully to see what is being entered. Finally removed iPad and am no longer using this cover or keyboard. Not worth the money. Lesson learned. Don't buy

First of all, I am typing this review on this keyboard. I love its keys like the @...it types right away, it is not like the previous gold rose, swivable, it fell down on the ground, really heavy and almost broke my ipad. This one is lighter, and I hope I will not have to return it.

I looked through several folios for DAYS! My criteria was 1. non bulky keyboard 2. A place to keep my ipad pen 3. fold into different positions. 4. a color like After days of going through several on several different sites this fit all four of the things I was looking for. Also it is flat enough to fit in almost any case or even purse. So far I am ecstatic with my choice.

It felt like my ipad was a laptop, with some caveats. The magnet wasn't very strong so now any them the tablet would fall flat. Typing felt great though. Connectivity is good.

Definitely a great purchase!! Nice and easy to connect and long battery life. Keys take a little while to get used to because of a slightly smaller keys on the right to include the directional arrows.

Great quality and easy to use.
