Worth the money you spend
The handle broke within a week…..But it goes on a lathe so drill it and tap it to 1/4x20 machine the hex on a 2.5” bolt into a nice round shape and add a jam nut.

I am actually impressed
This is not a "big" setup and it is some fairly cheap looking aluminum alloy, but it works surprisingly well. Once I mounted it down onto my modded 40 year old small Dunlop lathe the quick change wedge tool holder was tight and strong. There is absolutely "no" or flex in it, other than my lathe setup itself anyways. All of the parts were there, the wooden box that holds the 1/4 inch cutting bits was open and they and the screws were loose running around the box but nothing missing. You will have to supply your own hex wrench to mount the center bolt but that is about all you will need besides what they send. This is not a high quality setup by any means but for the price I honestly think it is well worth the few bucks you spend on it. I am honestly quite surprised and mildly impressed with this product. If you have a small metal lathe and want to do some work without spending big bucks this is not a bad way to go..

This is a toy!
I tried to bore out a die cast v belt pulley and the post kept losing up. Also I had to make my own T-nut from my own stock. I’m returning it!

They work well for the price.
These were easy to install and are so much easier to use than my old tool holder. I would recommend them for the price.

Works OK - but you'll be replacing it.....
It seems like many mini lathe users start by getting an 'economical' quick change tool post like this one, and eventually replacing it with a steel one (0XA). This one works 'OK' , but after a while the aluminum begins to loosen up/deflect and your precision goes out the window. Lesson learned by me and many other users based on the reviews. Try to save your money a little bit longer, and get the steel one.

Far better than stock options
Super easy to install and is way better than the post that came with the lathe.
