Love love love this book. I'm new to using essential oils. This book is very informative. Lists all the oils and what they help with. Also lists many diseases and the oils that help with them . I'd recommend this book 100%.

I have bought four of this book...three spiral and one hard bound. Three as gifts. Great reference book. Spiral is great for traveling. Great for beginner or veteran oil users.

I love this book that is small and can carry it everyday and is not heavy like the hard cover copy. I bought this as a gift and will buy another for myself. The person I bought this for absolutely loves the size and the spiral bound so that pages can be turned and the book is flat. I would recommend this for anyone.
