I started to use this product 2 days ago and feel like I'm getting "taller" (normally I keep forgetting to stand straight because I always doing something). This Back Brace Posture Corrector will prevent me from bending my back while doing my daily work around my house.

Good quality and relatively comfortable. The only issue is the the lumbar support sits too high and does not support the lumbar.

I ordered size XS, buckles are adjustable and "should fit" true to size. Belt loops under arms appear to be stretched out (loose) pre-worn by someone else that is not an XS. Also, the item offers no upper back support. The upper back thoracic is not fitted or tight enough in this area like bottom Lumbar portion. I feel that you need both upper and lower back fully supported for the true effect otherwise you still get slouching. The belts around armpit are uncomfortable, hang loose and again, pre-worn item. Not happy with overall purchase. Packing is another story.

Totally awesome product, I wear it every day at work, as I work in an environment where I am lifting a lot, and when I hurt my back, it makes it hard to work. This completely eliminates any pain or discomfort located around my spine in my back, as well as correcting my spinal posture and position so that I don’t hurt my back as much to begin with, so it has both preventative measures for body damage, and restorative measures to help when there is pain.

Si es para hacer fuerza y levantar peso, yo recomiendo una deportiva en cuero o en las especiales para levantar pesas. En el caso de buscar corrector de postura de la espalda, sería conveniente otras alternativas más sencillas y que sean compradas por separados. Espalda un accesorio y cadera y cinturón otra.La faja que yo compré, se descocio en las costuras. Por aplicarle mucha presión cuando me agachaba.

This is good quality and works well for me. It does run a little small. I had to exchange mine .

I like the feeling of sitting and standing erectly. It is a good reminder of when I don't as it tugs at me.
