After reading several reviews I had mixed feelings about ordering these toothbrushes but I decided to take a risk and try them out. The toothbrushes actually seem pretty effective and powerful given their price. They are the perfect size for my 4 and 6 year olds and the kids seem to like them. The issue we are having is that after not even a week of use, our pink toothbrush is already having issues working. When on, the brush seems to fade in and out of power and sometimes stops working altogether. We are still within the time frame to return the brushes but I don't want to have to send back my son's working toothbrush and deal with the disappointment or inconvenience of going without for a day or two and having to find time to get to the post office to return a toothbrush, of all things! I knew it was a risk to make this purchase but I was surprised by the quality and how well the toothbrushes get the job done. They're a great, inexpensive alternative to buying my kids a sonicare, waterpik, or oral-b electric toothbrush and they seem to work a lot better than the AA battery crest and oral-b kids brushes. I just wish these toothbrushes were a little more reliable and I'm disappointed that after less than a week, we are already having operating issues with one of them. If you're up to taking chances and like a risk, I would recommend trying these out. But, if you need something reliable and guaranteed to do what you expect it to, these might not be the best toothbrushes for you.

I bought this for my son and daughter and the blue one never worked. The pink one works great, but now my son doesn't have one.Update: Shortly after making my 1 star review, the company contacted me stating that they will be sending me a replacement toothbrush. I love when a company makes it right.

We received the brushes Wednesday and it is now Monday and they both are already broken. I believe it is a good product but we just got a faulty batchUPDATE***** After writing this review, not more then 4 days later I was sent a new product. I did not ask for a new one, it was just sent. I'm beyond please with the customer service! Thank you!

I really appreciate that quality of the Happy Customer Support agent, who exceeded my expectations taking care of me after I broke one of my first toothbrushes! I am very pleased with the toothbrush itself, and even more so with customer care. Thank you very much.

The brush does a really good job and the tongue cleaner on the back is nice. When I had to change the brush head on the blue brush I had been using the stem cracked and now the brush is useless. It got stuck and I wasn't sure if I had to pull it or twist it (you pull it). The brush head replacements are a bit expensive too. I will continue to use this product though as I do think it is a good deal for the money.

Just received these and they work great! Very powerful, portable, and effective. The price is great too considering you get TWO toothbrushes with two replacement brushes apiece included. I love not having to charge this brush and I love how clean my teeth, gums, and tongue feel after using it. Can't say how long it operates on a battery, which are also included by the way. My only suggestion would be to include a cover for the brush head, but I think I can find one at the drugstore.

Been using this a couple of months and like it. It is not as powerful as my Braun but does the job gently. Nice to have replacement heads included. Will buy again as it is especially great for traveling in our trailer and doesn't take up any room on the counter.

The kids love these. Got these about 6 weeks ago and they are still going strong.

Unfortunately one of them didn't work at all so it had to be sent back - very disappointing and suggests poor quality.

My son and I both love our new tooth brushes. The tongue cleaner on the back is a nice bonus, as is the little 'stand' on the back which stops the brush rolling around and keeps the head off surfaces it's placed on. It has a good strong buzz and leaves our teeth feeling good, and extra heads included in the purchase make it well worth the money.
