Laser 7270 Bulb Pliers,Blue

After struggling for nearly an hour to remove two wedge type interior bulbs in a Renault Captur, I ordered this tool and had the bulbs replaced in less than a minute!Ideal if you have a car where the instruction manual tells you to take the car to the dealer because they have made what should be a simple job extremely difficult so the dealer can extract ££££'s from your wallet!Renault take a bow, you are masters of burying items that need replacing in inaccessible places, well done Laser Tools for helping poor motorists!

This is good for difficult G9 LEB bulbs when having to remove from small spaces. With ordinary pliers you cannot quite get a good grip and there is the fear of breaking the bulb.

This is supposed to allow access to difficult shade/shade rings etc. The jaws are 3cm long and won’t reach the brass shade ring at the base of the standard brass B22 bayonet bulb holder. The jaws need to be at least 1cm longer. I’ll see if I can find a tool to do this elsewhere. Had to give one * in order to write a review.Update: had to dismantle the bulb holder and remove wire connections. Have taken the lamp into a specialist electrician. The brass shade ring is 4 - 4.2 cm from the bulb holder opening.

Does what is says could have been a bit longer in size

Struggled with my fat fingers trying to grip and remove a small buls from a bathroom light fitting. Easy peesy with these pliers. We'll worth the investment

The pliers are ok for changing bulbs where access is simple. We bought a art work that takes 50 bulbs and they are not big enough to be able to change the bulbs and need a bigger pair of the bulb pliers with a longer reach would also help when changing ceiling lights.

I have been living in absolute agony every time we have had to change our bulbs, they were a nightmare to take out and most of the time we couldn’t change all of them because of this.With this little tool I just took out all six in less than a minute!! I’m so happy that I found out about this because it’s made my life so much easier!

I have some of those odd shaped narrow light fixtures, its impossible to get my fingers inside the narrow shades to change the bulbs and these do the trick, both to remove the old bulbs and to put in new ones. If you are cursed with some of those light fittings, these will work.
