Sony Aibo Ers-210

Aibo worked great for 10 days. Sony sent a download to the robot. As a 50 year computer, software, and cell phone programmer. I told them I didn't want the download. Unfortunately, the app was set for automatic. This "bricked" my dog. I fought with Sony for 2 weeks over this. They kept claiming there wasn't a software or hardware problem. I replied that I will get my credit card charge back with my money if they didn't respond. They finally gave me the method to unbrick Aibo.Well, he works but is not the same. Maybe I should hard reset him?Also, one panel at its neck is now sticking out 2mm. Can I push it back in?

This is a overpriced robot BUT worth it at same time. It has great sensors dances plays and wonders but you program it (: it is best and one of the most advanced Sony AIBO robotics.We Love AIBO
