It does the ice pack job. But the balls inside aren’t comfortable. There attached to each other so you can’t move them for a specific comfort.

I have multiple Core products. My favorites, but this one is disappointing…. I might even return it

I wish they stayed colder for longer than 30 minutes, but I’ve started using another large ice pack under them and it seems to expand the amount of time I can use them before having to put them back in the freezer. Otherwise these are wonderful for my pressure point headaches from neck pain.

I really like using this product...it's nice and cold. The pressure points inside work great, the cover is very nice and soft...if it stayed cold just a little longer - it would be perfect.

I was given the ICE PACK by my doctor when I fractured my toe. I was very pleased that i could put it in the freezer and yet it was still flexible enough to lay on my foot. The soft felt outer cover felt good on my foot. I like it so much I've recommended it to two people and purchased one for my mom for her foot.

I ordered this product hoping to use it as a "cold" still point inducer. It is not perfectly suited to this, as the ball inside shifts too much as you lay on it, but it does provide relief to my chronic neck pain. I only subtract a star because the cold fades quickly.

recommended to me by my massage therapist for chronic, debilitating migraines. Pop it into the freezer for an hour and it lasts all night, staying cold to the touch…the pressure point balls can be moved around to put pressure on the worst spots….not necessary to use a cover over the pack ~ i found that it creates a barrier to the pressure point balls causing it to not be quite as effective. Now I carry this therapy pack with me on trips and keep nearby ~ my favorite non-medicinal migraine reliever ever!

I purchased this bc my chiropractor recommended it for my migraines. I absolutely love it. I doesn’t cure the migraine but it relieves some of the pressure.
