Nice Looking Product
I ordered two of these after a lot of looking and comparing. The problem is, that the description did not mention that hoes had to be drilled in to the tile to mount the shower holder. Most of these type of heads have a mount that is attached to the water outlet. Drilling the holes (while not necessarily a show stopper) would not have fit properly in my bathrooms. Unfortunately I had to return these items. They appeared to be well designed and built and were very pleasing ascetically.

Delta 55424 Shower Wand - Things You Should Know
This is and excellent 9 spray setting wand in any of its available finishes. It comes with a 60-82" stretchable armored hose w/ female fittings, one for the wand, one for the supply line. The thing to remember on this 55424 model number is that it only gives you with a way to hang the wand, NOT a way supply water to the wand. The wand mount they supply only mounts to the wall with 2 screws, then you hang the wand on it.If you want the same looking wand holding mount but, with a water supply line to screw the wand hose on to, you need to order that mount separately and that part number is U4985-PK in whatever finish you want.Essentially, you unscrew your existing shower head and typically curved downward decorative pipe from the shower wall. Then, you go buy a short brass nipple in whatever length it takes to bring the new hanging wand base out of the wall far enough to screw the U4985 onto and have it just touching the shower wall when you screw the nipple into the 90 deg. adapter that is inside your shower wall. This 90 deg. adapter that supported your old shower head is typically secured to a 2x4 board across two wall studs so you should have to worry about damaging anything when screwing the new short length brass nipple into the wall to hold the U4985. Remember to use Teflon tape or pipe dope on the nipple threads. This mounting approach will only work for people that are tall enough to reach the wand because, it will be sitting in the holder that is now mounted at the same height as the old shower head supply pipe that was coming out of your shower wall.Remember - over time, hard water will mess anything up that the water is running through including this Delta wand. Also, If you have hard water and don't want to treat it at the whole house level, look into some inline filters that you can put between the shower wand mount and the wands flex hose. We use an Aquasana Carbon filter and it works great.

Good shower head for the price I paid
The list price on this shower head is ridiculous! I paid much less and it is worth the price I paid but not the sale price it is listed for now. I replaced a stationary shower head with this to make shower cleaning easier. The water pressure and flow through it's different settings is perfect and the high pressure setting makes cleaning a breeze. It fits in and out of the holder smoothly and easily and stays in place if you need to turn it to the right or left. Some parts of it are decent quality like the hose which is a lightweight aluminum. The entire body is a decent quality plastic but the plastic buttons are ridiculously cheap and feel like they will get stuck or break very easy. The shut off button is jammed already and doesn't work. I recommend it if you are looking for a nice looking cheap shower head that functions well as an adjustable shower head.

Overpriced and a lot of plastic. Feels cheap, looks nice
Bought this as part of a 3 way system on our bathroom remodel and I have to say it isn't worth the money. I paid about $115 and I'd say that's about $40-$50 too much- the housing is plastic and so is the wall mount. The pause button doesn't turn it off ALL the way, but I've never used one that actually did. There seems to be some sort of restricted in the head and I'm trying to figure out how to remove it to see how it will affect pressure when running it alongside wither of the other two shower heads. Long story short, I expected less plastic in a shower arm that costs this much and the spray patterns are weird as you always have the main sprayer on but it just adds the others one by one. And like I said, the restrictor seems to hold back the sprayer from doing much and that's even when I divert the water to it individually.

Falsely advertised as brass
Don’t believe the description. Haven’t installed yet but for this kind of price it should not be all plastic.Very disappointed.

Not what I expected.
Be careful. This model you have to drill two holes in the shower wall to install the bracket that holds the hand held shower head in place. It is unlike all other shower heads i've seen before. In most cases the shower walls are ceramic tiles which needs a special drill bit and the holes are permanent. To get a tile man to drill these holes and not damage the tiles would cost more than the shower head. The quality looks very good but the installation is the problem. I didn't realize this when I made the purchase.

Great handheld w/easy Pause function: Easy fix to 'low pressure'
We were searching for a nice handheld for our newly remodeled master bath but it had to have an easy Pause button and also good pressure as we utilize the handheld to wash our two rescue standard poodles.I read the reviews about the low pressure but found out that if you remove the small o-ring that sits on top of the filter, this resolves the pressure issue which makes it a great handheld.
