Finish scratches too easily
Very clean looking wallet, however the finish on the titanium scratches waaay too easily. Wish I would have gone with the carbon fiber instead (maybe it wouldn’t show the scratches as well)

No "Hinge"
Yes You can hold a lot of cards in a minimized fashion but this is just a "pocket" vs a "hinge". I did not mess with it much but I found it impossible to access the card in the middle of the stack without taking all the cards out. Not useful. Also, I agree about the surface. Not only did my order come with visible marks (was able to wash away with light water) but I noticed more marks after set up. Not happy. Not to mention the metal, all protective and "RFID blocking", it adds extra weight that is unwelcome. And for the price this is TOO much for what is is.

Great, Unique Wallet in Titanium
As others have pointed out, it does "scratch" a bit (not deeply and I think it just adds character). But if you chuck anything like this in a pocket with coins, keys, etc. it will get scratched. I don't see it as a problem at all.It also takes some getting used to in order to use it quickly and without spraying your cards all over the floor. Don't try to get fancy. Use the thumb notch, push your cards up, and pull out what you need. It's easy to open the wallet back up with a bit of practice and slide your card back into the "deck". I travel full time for work so at least twice a week I am pulling my ID out of this wallet while in a hurry, trying to fish my phone out, and then shove everything into my backpack before it goes through the x-ray. It didn't take long (literally 1 time) before I got the hang of it.As far as value ... if you want something cheap, then don't buy a wallet literally made of titanium. Get one made of aluminum, or steel, or plastic. If you want something well-made (bolted together with Torx screws and comes with a Torx driver to dis/reassemble) and you want a little flex because your hard work paid off and you're doing well ... I don't see anything wrong with this. The quality is consistent with the price, and it is American made.I'm really glad I got the cash strap instead of the money clip. I generally carry very little cash, and mine is currently holding a $5 and $1 bill without any chance of them falling out. I have also carried as much as $400 in 20s with the cash strap, and it had no problem with that, either. I'm not a fan of money clips, but if you are, there is an option for that, too. And you can change between them if you like! A money clip and cash strap are available separately.Bottom line - after years of screwing around with Coach wallets and a few other designer labels ... this is actually what I wanted. A tough, durable, good looking man's wallet that isn't a massive wad of uncomfortable cowhide in my pockets. Best wallet I've ever bought, and I have owned plenty through the years.

Just "Ok"
I wish I could give this 2.5 stars, because it's definitely just an average rating. For the price, it is not worth it. I received a $50 gift card so I used that and $55 of my own money to purchase this, so my total out of pocket cost is $55 and I still am not overly excited about this. I've had it for about two weeks now and the thin titanium is already showing wear. The "Burnt" section is wearing off. The majority of this wallet is made of plastic (see picture 2).TLDR; It's an "OK" wallet. If you have $105 that you can't find anything else to buy, this wallet might be for you.

Using it is NOT hard
Highly recommended. Light and sturdy. Sixteen cards is a lot. A little cash on the side under a strap. What an elegant solution for keeping stuff organized and out of the hip pocket, where sitting on cards is uncomfortable and they inevitably crack in a year or so. Purchased a metal enclosure for the front pocket a year ago and the insides rapidly wore out. This one is truly rugged, so I expect it to last much longer. Some people claim it is hard to use. My reaction is, you should get used to something a little different! I put my favorite credit card on the top, and my driver's license for the airport in second place. Everything else is used less often, so when I need the other stuff I just pull it all out and sort through it. I understand other options work too, so trust yourself to learn new tricks.

Product cons
Functionality with the cash strap is minimal. Cards are tough to get out. Not what they make it seem.

Goodbye Pocket Bulge😎
This is a great alternative to my bulging pockets. The product is as described, the reasons I did not give it a 5 star rating were because the price and the strap. This is a nice wallet but there are other cheaper alternatives that have the same functionality. Nothing against the strap itself but having the wallet for a few days now, I'm noticing that the fabric is picking up lint and hair which is annoying to get out. Overall I'm satisfied with the Ridge and if I were to buy it again I would definitely get it with the money clip. I fit all my cards and money without the bulging pockets which look ridiculous when I wear slacks.

Ridge titanium wallet
Got this as a present as I wanted a minimalist wallet as very seldom carry cash on me anymore. I use my phone and cards for transactions and I got this specifically to replace a wallet which was getting to bulky. My criteria for getting this was- small- robust- RFID protectionAs other people have said put regularly used cards in the front and least used at the back, I now only carry with my what I have to. Accessing the cards you need to make sure you fan out the cards and remove what you want. It takes some practice but it is do-able.It costs more than other wallets but the material and construction is what makes the difference. You can get a cheaper version but build quality is poor. I don't like paying twice because its cheap its more expensive in the long run.I have yet to use it on travels but will report back when I do.

Very good wallet
I must admit that I was a bit sceptical of the minimalist design of the Ridge wallets. After some research I decided to give it a shot and I was shocked with how good this wallet is and looks. The build is extremely solid and you get what you paid for. I opted for the model with the elastic band instead of the money clip and to my surprise it holds the money really well.I does take time to get used to using a minimalist wallet, but if you are tired of carrying around cards that you haven’t used in ages (yes...we all have those reward cards laying around) this wallet is perfect for you.I’m so pleased with this wallet that I’m considering buying another model!

Really love this wallet, really easy to use, really well built
Really love this wallet, really easy to use, really well built, already had a load of compliments and questions. Yes it is expensive and I would probably recommend getting the aluminium one over the titanium version, unless you want the burnt colour. If you do not want anything on the back, I would get the cash clip which you can remove. If you get the band you will need to order a new elastic from The Ridge from their site.

Great wallet
I wanted to wait a while before writing my review, simply to "live" with the wallet. I can't fault it! Small and compact design, so much so that for the first few days I found myself double checking to make sure it was in my pocket!Despite the lack of weight there is no lack of sturdiness, it feels like it will last and add to the I find it astecticly pleasing. I have the version with the money strap and it holds notes and cards securely.

Expensive, great engineering and looks, pain to use..
Not overly impressed, beautifully engineered but pain in the ar@e to use ... maximum number of cards stored should not exceed 8 ... anything above this makes accessing them in a quick manner impossible.. the external money band is ok but you just think after adding a few notes “ looks cr@p now” .. destroys the streamlined look of the wallet.

Fake Material - Zero Customer Service
I was really disappointed when i recieved my Burnt Titanium wallet. Within minutes of opening the package i noticed that I had scratched the blue part of the burnt "titanium". I am now handling it extra cautiously so as to not put any more scrathces on it and ruin the aesthetic. This is supposed to be a high quality metal and should not scratch so easily. It seems like the "burnt titanium" is really just an inferior metal with a bad paint coat. I wouldnt be so upset with this purchase had i gone with one of the much cheaper alternatives of this style of wallet. For over $140 though, you would expect a higher quality product.I wrote to Ridge wallet's support about these concerns asking for a trade or a refund and have not recieved any response.A huge disappointing waste of money. Do not recommend.

Ottimo e Funzionale.

Does what it says
Been using it since Christmas and it is not as big of a change. I was able to get my wallet moved over. The money belt is a little awkward (plastic Canadian bills don’t fold up well) but it works. I still fumble getting cards out but I did with my lesser used cards in the old wallet. I don’t miss the lump in my back pocket.

Feels good in my hand,
Great product . Between the strap or clip , I suggest the clip as it holds it snug, rather than the money strap where as I felt the money was for sure going to slide out at some point while I wasn’t paying attention. The clip , there’s no worry , the bills don’t move . I notice myself fumbling at the counter but I’m just a ridge newb

Great idea, love the style but functionally a bust
Really tried to like this but it’s just too darned difficult to get the cards out compared to a conventional wallet. Most of the time I had to take at least two or more, sometimes all the cards out to get the one I wanted . The concept of “fanning” them out to get the card you want is just not feasible.

Best minimalist wallet
Very light weight. Super solid. Love the burnt titanium look. Cash strap works perfectly for me. Cards slide out easily. Takes a little getting used to since I've always used a traditional wallet, but now it's a breeze for me to select the right cards.
