White Thumbsavers, Medium

The name says it all...Thumbsavers! I use this for point work, and deep stripping. I've been a massage therapist for about 18 years. Around year 14 is when I first began to injure myself. That's when a fellow therapist turned me on to the Thumbsavers. I prefer to not use my thumbs at all but when I need to, I do it with a Thumbsaver. The Thumbsaver really supports my thumbs and protects them from needless over-work and injury. Do yourself a favor and get one of these early in your career and protect those thumbs!

It has helped me. I can't wear it for long periods of time but it is useful

Better to get a hard plastic massager with knobs or a knob. This doesn’t fit right and doesn’t stay in place when you use it. Really doesn’t help the joint.

ehhhh not something I would use all the time uncomforatable and akward feeling but when you have a linebacker with traps of steel this helps save your hands while you try to break thru the first layer of muscle

I read that the large pressed into palm for some users so got the medium, but it was too small. I'm 6'1" with average size hands, on the thinner side -- should have got the large.

I like this bigger one because when I push with my thumb, they get pushed back on my thumb and start hurting the thumb, and the smaller one gets stuck easier and is harder to push back up
