This (and CMD brand) are THE mineral supplements to get. You can read all the research online, and even on their websites (where it is sourced, etc.).Don't expect it to taste good... all mineral liquid supplements taste salty. I just put 10 drops in every liter in my bottle and drank it like plain water through the day... no problem. You can also mix it into juices and smoothies. Just don't take the full day's dosage in one sitting (then you'll taste it, and it may not even all get absorbed).As with any supplement, use it until you can change your diet, then get off the supplements (because supplements are NEVER whole food like in nature, no matter what the manufacturer says). Cant tell the difference but the bottle seal was open when i opened it on receiving it.

I started using this product after I began distilling my drinking water, which can remove both impurities as well as beneficial (and common) minerals from the water.Great for energy and clarity:You'll notice right away that your energy levels start to rise and your mentally acuity increases after taking this product. But, like most supplements, the effects are less noticeable over time, so don't assume this will completely replace your morning cup of coffee.Beware the first couple times using this:The serving size for this product is 40 drops, which I find too much even after having used this product daily for months. For size comparison, I'm 6'2" 220lbs and find that anything over 25-30 drops gives me stomach issues that can last for a few hours (with frequent trips to the bathroom). When you first start taking it, your stomach will probably be more sensitive, so I'd recommend starting out with 5 drops per day, then increasing by 5 drops a day until your body has gotten used to them and you've found your ideal amount to take.The first time you take this will also give you quite a bit of extra energy, so make sure to take it in the morning (I was up all night after taking it my first time right before bed).Drops are easy to count, but not always consistentCounting the number of drops you've used is fairly easy up until the bottle is almost empty. At that point, the pressure you need to squeeze the bottle with will cause the liquid to come out in small squirts, so your standard unit of measurement (the amount of drops) will be more of a guess than an accurate count. This can be a problem if the difference between 30 and 40 drops gives you stomach issues. For that reason, I'd recommend measuring out your ideal serving size in teaspoons so you can gauge those last few drops more accurately.Overall, this is a great product to replace or supplement key minerals into your diet, as well as to raise your energy levels and mental acuity. The only reason this is getting 4 stars and not 5 is that the serving size is probably a little too high for most people (myself included).

These drops are excellent if you are able to hide the strong flavor! Smoothies have been our mix-in of choice. Be sure to stir very well. These drops can make you gag.

I don't care for the taste, but if mixed with sufficient amount of water, the taste is tolerable. I do believe my energy level increases with these minerals. I am female, 85 years of age.
