Q: what is the thermal pad thickness that u require ?

Hi. I used an old ek one from a Waterblock .the one that comes with the block is to fat. Just go for the thinist one you can find.

Q: Kind of new, what would i need to install a rgb led in this thing? what's everything needed to get it to light up? thanks
