Nitecore Tup 1000 Lumen Rechargeable Everyday Carry Keychain Flashlight with OLED Display USB Charging Cable Stand and LumenTac Charging Cable (Black)

I've had a bunch of Tubes. One Tip which I recently broke,by throwing my keys at the ground. RIP Tip :( It served me for years. Being rechargable and small these flashlights were always with me. With the Tip's 30 second mode I never had a dead flashlight in my pocket.This TUP is a lot bigger than the TIP. More than 2X as big. See pics. However, it's 3X as bright and has more than 2X the battery capacity as well as a Oled screen that takes any guesswork about battery life (gives you time based on mode) as well as what lockout mode or lumen mode you are in.It's a little big imo. The replacement was down to a new TIP, a TIP2, or the TUP. I'd say the screen and larger battery is what swayed me. However, time will tell if it's too big.One negative thing, I've only had the TUP for a week and already I have dent in it. No idea how or when it happened as it's attached to my keychain in my pocket all the time. The TIP was virtually indestructable (barring my physical abuse.)The TUP is very bright though and it's 1000 lumen claim seems right on the money. Plenty of light to illuminate a 30 foot tree in the dark, something I probably never attempted with the TIP.P.S. If Nitecore will fix my TIP I will pay. It deserves better treatment than I gave it.

Pros:1. This is extremely bright for such a small flashlight.2. I've yet to find anything as good as this for the combination of portability and firepower that it offers.3. The beam profile is the perfect combination of flood and throw.4. The display with run time and brightness readouts is awesome and should become standard on all flashlights.Cons:1. It's a bit slippery2. The lockout mode is kind of awkward.3. The buttons are too easy to press4. The form factor is somewhat awkward5. It's not fully waterproof6. It's not available in neutral white7. It wastes time displaying "NITECORE" on the display every time you turn it on, which is useless and annoying8. The loop on the bottom should be removed or relocated so it can tail stand9. You can put it on your keychain, but I wouldn't. It will get scratched up and it's too chunky for my key ring10. You have to hold down the button to keep turbo onConclusion:This flashlight is a no-brainer. If you don't have one yet, you need to get one. The pros far outweigh the cons. The firepower to size ratio, perfect beam pattern, and LED display make this an absolute gem. If Nitecore made a version 2.0 that addressed the cons above, they would have true perfection on their hands, and the world would rejoice even more than they are already.

Great compact, rechargeable, bright LED flashlight. I've only used it around the house, but I intend to use this as a backup for my headlamp and for around camp while hiking/backpacking the Florida Trail. I really like the info screen to let you know how much battery life is available per brightness level. The included flexible charge cord that can be used as a hands free stand is neat...time will tell if if the flexible cord will hold up to being used as described. Overall, I'm very happy with this light.

This little light is awesome! Pricey for a keychain light, but i packs a punch and lasts as long as you need it. I like how it has a power read out to let you know how long you got. I just recieved it but hopefully it lives up to the reviews, and to me its worth the money considering almost half of a day is night! Lol

Over 60 hours on the lowest setting. Very bright and still hours on the highest and still a burst super bright if need be. Perfect little flash light and can clip on a baseball hat as a work light.

Bought it for self defense. It will blind someone for sure. It’s bright!!

This is very lightweight and comes with a sturdy pocket/hat clip. I have several headlamps but when I wear my cowboy or ball cap, the beam gets cut off from the brim. This solved that problem! It is a bright light. Charges quickly. The seller sent the light promptly.

The light is great, the bendable usb broke very quickly.
