Worked with some modification.
Put on a CTSV and it did require the small alignment pin to be cut off as others have mentioned. Small price to pay vs paying dealership prices

Not exactly the same. Cadillac CTS 2006
For Cadillac CTS 2006 3.6lThey quality and shipping of the product are good but unfortunately the guide do not match the originals. Therefore, they do not fit...The only reason I made them fit was because I swapped the whole engine and was able to drill a hole on the chasis. If you are not taking the engine out you will have to get rid of the guides or do what I did.Another option would be to buy from a different location or just do not buy this brand.
