Taste
I love red currents and they are scarce in the US so i love the jelly. It tastes so good.

Great quality!
I think Mrs. Miller's Amish Red Current Jelly is really good. I use it in a recipe with Lil' Smokies in my small Crockpot and everyone loves this dish!

My favorite jelly! Grocery stores where I live don’t carry it any more! Perfect taste and consistency

Silky-smooth and delicious.
Red current jam is difficult to find these days and expensive when found, but it is my favorite. Thissilky-smooth, gorgeous red jam, while costly, doesn't disappoint. It is delicious on toast and worked perfectly in my Cumberland Chicken recipe.

Broken Jar
The jelly is fine but one of the jars was broken and made a mess of the package. Very poor packaging.

Re: "Crystallized"
It is easy to undo crystallization when it occurs. You have two choices, either of which will work. (1) Add a small amount of hot tap water to the jar, anywhere from 1/4 to 1 teaspoon, depending upon how much jelly is still in the jar, and stir it in. The sugar crystals will dissolve and you can spread the result, as long as you don't add too much water. (2) Place the lidded jar in a hot tap water bath for 1/2 hour to 1 hour. The heat will increase the solubility of the sugar crystals in the jelly. You may still have to stir in a tiny bit of water to get all the sugar crystals to dissolve. This jelly is truly excellent, but very pricey. The high price is why I rate its "Value For Money" as 3 stars. Otherwise, this is a 5-star product.
