A sturdy straw , no taste to the product , even with hot drinks. The only straws I buy for my 89year old mum in law.

Good strong straws, but a little bit wide for comfort. You tend to glug up a little too much liquid at once (choke)!

Absolutely fine. They get a bit soft after a few drinks. But that’s ok.

Good set of straws for the party I had, straws worked for much longer than some others we purchased in the past (which went soggy).More than enough for the price and we got to recycle them afterwards.

Just what I wanted

We use paper straws in my high school drama lessons, if a character is required to smoke, because they're cheap and can be disposed of after each rehearsal. A standard cigarette is around 8mm diameter. These were advertised as being 8mm diameter.What I got sent were tubes that are significantly wider, and look exactly like tampon applicators! I'm sure that this extra width makes them better for drinking smoothies and boba tea (if you can get past the tampon thing) but utterly useless for my purposes. I've donated them to the visual arts department. Maybe they can be turned into some kind of sculpture...
