I order all the time and there is never a problem, but I didn't like this hair at all ... to stringy and dry... looks nothing like the picture... I tried one bundle out of the pack, was not able to use it. :(

Great buy! Hair feels nice. Curls are beautiful. Shedding is very minimum. I only used 2 of the four bundles to do my hair. Will def buy again!
