Great under cabinet light
The light color is similar to an incandescent, and cooler to the touch than halogen. I wanted LED, but I wanted a warmer color and fully dimmable - LED technology isn't there yet and this is. It does warm my lower shelf after it's been on for quite a while (hours), but not so much that I'm afraid the heat will affect items stored there. The 48" is perfect coverage for my cabinets, with no gaps in light.
