ZochVerlag Hamsterrolle Stacking Game

Wow, what a game! It didn't look that fun to me before trying it - my daughter asked for it for Christmas. Boy was I wrong! It is a blast! We played this game a ton over the holidays. It's so fun, I'm planning on 3d printing some additional pieces for it.

The only issue I have is that the glue holding together the steps on the inside is not to great. A couple of them had fallen off in shipping. It was easily repaired with some hot-glue.Other than that, it's great. It's a fantastic original idea for a balancing game and it's a blast to play with my group of 20-something friends.

My brother introduced this game to our family and I went right out and bought a version to play at home with my husband and daughter! It's the perfect game for family fun night. And the rare game that works for a family of three! There is some strategy and some concentration/dexterity required, but not so much that it stops conversation and becomes unfun for the littler members of the family. It's pretty expensive (I would love there to be a $30 version), but I was okay paying more because all the game pieces are real wood, simply & well designed. No crappy plastic or cardboard here! This game will last forever.

My older students love this game and it is challenging. But watch out as it is wooden and will dry out. I have had to reglue two pieces back on.

Fun game! I own some of Jacques Zeimets older games like Bamboleo and others, and this is a great addition. Almost better, because unlike Bamboleo, this one can be played by a much younger audience (my 4 year old plays with us). They understand the physics of it as well, which is a good thing to see while they have fun too!

Awesome game! HIGHLY recommended. Casual, yet challenging. Think of it as "Jenga in a wheel". Requires nice flat table top to play. expensive because it is engineered and balanced well, like a good hat or wooden barrel or bowl, also it is imported from Germany and out of print.

Great game. My particular one has a bump in the loop. Still awesome though and now the bump is part of the game.

I've played this game in a game cafe and it's very good fun. On receipt of my own order, I found the build quality very poor. Two of the black fins had fallen off, most of the others are not perpendicular to the ring, leaning over. The box itself is very high quality and by far exceeds the quality of the game itself.Big shame.

A bit expensive, but a fun game that will last a long time. Can't complain. It's basically Jenga with a wheel.

Crazily addictive and genuinely original challenge

A great family dexterity game. Can get quite competitive. Would happily recommend it!
