We used these bulbs on our garage door exterior windows. Gives a vintage look and last long time. Love them!

I love these lights. It did take my eyes a while to adjust since I was used to bright white lights. They are much better on my eyes now though compared to white lights and the strain they cause.

Purchased 16, 60 Watt bulbs and all tested good up to full voltage, using a variac to go from zero to 120 volts. I plan to use 8 in my custom chandelier, and want spares to match the color tone. Hence, 16 bulbs. I will always use them with a dimmer, likely NOT run at full brightness to extend their life. I was very apprehensive of the packing based on a previous review showing the broken bulbs falling out of the box, but the soft foam packing for each bulb was great, and the bulbs themselves seem to be sturdy. i.e., not fragile. However, they generate a LOT of heat, so I designed an invisible forced air system to cool the bulbs inside the 28 oz. Mason jars. Sorry for the upside down pix, but the review will not allow any edit, though I tap the word 'EDIT' and retry the pix over and over. Very happy with the bulbs and sockets.

I personally returned them due to the lights being too yellow for the newly remodeled area I purchased them for. However, I have zero complaint about the lights themselves. They're exactly what they are and should be. I purchased two boxes, every bulb worked, the package was well protected in shipment and the bulbs looked nice. They were simply too yellow given the space and semi-enclosed light fixtures that I purchased blocking too much of the light, and I had never utilized Edison style bulbs before, so I was unprepared. Do your homework and order the proper style bulb for your space. These are great, just not right for mine.Also, I have 15 year old dimmer switches (unknown what brand), and want to report that in the short time I put them in and tried them before acknowledging my mistake with the light selection, that the dimming feature worked perfectly. Less hum than the traditional bulbs that were in before, and they looked amazing on super low, which in doing research I have heard some people complain about with some edison style bulbs.

These are really pretty, but I’m So bummed, 3 bulbs blew in the first three hours. Our new fixture with these bulbs also tripped our circuit breaker twice already :(Update: So apparently this was our fault- we live abroad, so even though we were able to use an American light fixture, unbeknownst to us, you can’t use US bulbs as they are meant for 110v. Our bad! These bulbs were nice looking and probably would have been fine in a different situation

Packaged well and look beautiful. Only used two at this point and just for a few days so can’t speak to the rest of them or to longevity yet.

I was looking for something to make my basement look a little classier, and also match all of my sci-fi and comic collections I have downstairs and these fit the bill!I have a lot of exposed light fixtures and I had always hated staring at regular ole light bulbs, now with these bad boys I feel like i'm right there with Nikola Tesla and Benjamin Franklin in an alternate reality fighting vampires in my steam punk mech suit! EN GARDE!!Oh wait, back to the review. I made a video you can check out because I thought the packaging was above and beyond, great presentation and the bulbs arrived so safe. They are GORGEOUS! I would have expected them to cost much more after I saw them in person - and it's hard to capture it's beauty on camera when it is fully lit, but I tried - each incandescent bulb wire filament inside lights up separately to give a really cool multiple electricity effect. The family loves it and it has been turning heads of friends that have come over. I'd recommend this if you have the right setup for it!

A calming warm orange glow that does put off a bit of heat but no buzz and 2 of them in a fixture is plenty for a slightly dim small room glow. You'd probably 5-10 of these glowing at once to illuminate a room bright enough for reading, however for ambiance and feel in a room, I've been loving these. Good bulbs, but they're fragile when dropped (duh) so just be careful when you're installing them.
