Unlike every other footrest that is just a block (of one sort or another), this one has flex and give, so the knees don't get fatigued, adapts to angles of feet and ankles (roll your ankles while still on the footrest. The nibs on one side make it stay in place (on the carpet. Turn it over for stimulus, if you want, I guess.I Have another at my reading chair. When I get groggy, I use it as a lumbar support for quick crunches, (sides, too), then under hips for back crunches. Standup, kick it under my couch when not in use. It's perfect.That's my review.

Unable to inflate, poor faulty valve. Stick to a regular balance cushion. Not worth the money. Had to pay money to return it.

I use this while standing at my desk without a board. The thick plastic over the bladder and width provides better stability than most wobble cushions. This will require more activity than something like the new Wurf board but not so much that I can't concentrate on my work. Padded mats just don't give enough variable foot action to prevent fatigue. You may not like it for an entire 8 hour day, but it provides a relief for 2-4 hours a day.

Better price than the blue bone shaped one. Works great. It's not long enough for all 4 feet, but is great for 2. We will put a board on it if we need to do all 4 feet.

I use this as a balance disc for various conditioning exercises for my 35 lb. border collie. It is a cheaper alternative to some of the FitPaws equipment. It is roughly the size of a FitBone although a bit shorter in height, but also a little bit wider. I'm very pleased with this item.

Tried to find a similar competitor to the Wurf Board and this is the closest to it however it does not meet Wurf board expectations but it does the job.

Works well for my dog's core conditioning program. Item arrived in a timely manner and it thick enough to support the 50 lbs Malinois puppy.
