Chickle Women's Double Breasted Lapel Walker Long Wool Coat

I wear between a 4 and a 6. I ordered a 6 (their LARGE!) and it was too small. Not true to US sizing that's the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Exchanging for their next size up - 8 and it is their XL. It is a gorgeous coat and appeared to be of great quality.

Nice weather Light to medium coat for upper Midwest states. Well made and gorgeous red color. Runs very small. I read reviews so purchased a 3xl. I normally purchase a US size 12 in coats or most tops as I have broad shoulders and larger upper arms. It fits very well but I will not be able to layer under coat. Figure out your correct size and order. Also received coat earlier than expected.

The coat is beautiful. Packaging wrinkles came out easily with a steam iron and the fabric is exceptional. Good job Chickle!

It is a luxurious, beautifully soft wool, and the coat would be warm for a winter with tempsni the 20s and 30s. The wool is the sort that doesn't hold onto lint.The style is beautiful, but it is much shorter than I imagined it would be. I'm 5'6, and the coat came to my knee. I wanted a coat that fell below my calves.If you plan to wear a sweater under it, get a size bigger. I take a size 10 and ordered the coat in a large. It fit well when I had a tee shirt on under it. As soon as I put a starter on, I felt a little jammed into the coat like a sausage. I suspect that an XL would be too long in the arm and too wide in the shoulder.The other thing that bothered me about this coat is its square buttons. They are hard to fasten and unfasten. They were tight, and to fasten them, I had to twist the button. I imagine that the wool would rip after the kind of fastening and unfastening I do on my coats each season. This was a deal breaker for me. I thought about tailoring the coat to use different buttons, but the buttons combined with the length compelled me to simply send it back.If the length is okay, then the buttons thing might not be an issue for you, especially if you use the coat as a dress coat and not an everyday work coat.

The coat is beautiful! Unfortunately I believed in the reviews saying the sizes were small so I went up one size and had to return it. The right size is very elegant and I can't wait for the New York weather to be warmer so that I can wear it. I would say that it requires at least 5 degrees Celsius. Thank you Chickle!

Arrived a day earlier than the expected date , which was a pleasant surprise, it's a luxuriously soft fabric , wore it for the first time today because it's a dreadful 14° today. This coat is thick and warm and has earned several compliments already.I'm 5ft weighing 120 pounds and ordered a medium, perfect fit.I'd highly recommend it

It is cute. First I purchased a medium size, but it was big. I returned it and repurchased a small size.

This coat is absolutely beautiful and very elegant looking. My only concern is that it doesn't appear to be very warm looking even though it is wool, but time will tell. It arrived with lots of wrinkles, so I am concerned how I will get them out.
