I really like this towel. It is kind of ingenious that it secures around your neck and waist because what a nuisance it is having to fumble around trying to keep a squirmy infant from tearing the towel down around himself... at least that is what my son tries to do. And he is only one month old. The towel is a generous size so it keeps me from getting doused. Before this towel I had a designated robe specifically for bath time for keeping myself dry. I love this towel so much that I actually bought one not only for my baby but for my 5 pound dog who DETESTS bathing and kind of tries to bite my face off whenever it is time to dry off. This towel allows me to secure her so she can't struggle and hurt herself and also gives me enough room to gently cover her little head so that if she tries to bite she is biting the towel and not me. Overall, it's a great towel. My only (sort-of) compliant is that I wish it were a bit softer. Nothing I do including loads of fabric softener and dryer balls/sheets makes this any softer. Definitely not a deal breaker but I may be a little spoiled and am used to towels that are more plush. We received this as a gift when our son was born two years ago, and it quickly became our go-to, every-night towel for bathtime. It's truly th perfect towel. It has two snaps to secure it around your neck quickly, and two apron ties to secure it around your waist if you want to, though I never do this. It's very long, I'm 5'9" and it goes past my knees. Because of this, it's extremly useful for a long time, in fact we still use it for our toddler who is just over two years old. I pick him up facing me and with one leg on either side of me, there's still plenty of length to bring the towel up his back and the hood onto his head.It's held up well over the years, no falling apart or thinning of the towel, and we do bathtime almost every night. The only thing that's gone wrong is that I broke one of the snaps being too hasty trying to unlatch it from my neck...as with most snaps, you should grab the fabric close to the snaps to pull them apart and I didn't at this time.We have a few hooded towels i.e. Potty Barn Kids and although those are cute, they are not nearly as useful or practical as this towel. We love it so much we've bought a second one for our second baby who is due soon, since we still use our original one for our toddler.Highly recommend.

I bought this for my puppy! Yup, if you have ever bathed a squirmy growing puppy, water goes everywhere but they still want to be picked up and cuddled like any baby. This towel has been very good and absorbent. I don't use the side ties at all. My puppy has a face full of wrinkles and I can use the towel edges to dry the facial folds easily. Is the towel soft? Not such an issue but it is absorbs like a good quality towel. I wouldn't say it is especially soft as are real infant towels.Now my puppy is 9 months old. He is 20 lbs. This towel is not big enough to work comfortably in our energetic bath washing events! That is because he also sits on my lap and I try to wrap the towel and it won't go all the way around easily and stay well. So now I have to use a regular large towel. My neck and chest are getting wet again so....I am hunting for a larger version of this towel!!!!

This remains one of my favorite baby items. It's often an item I buy as a gift for new or expectant moms, as it's not something people will think of themselves. At first, I was giving my baby a bath in a tub in the kitchen sink and I was stuck what to do with her afterwards - lay her on a towel on the hard counter? (where also it was under a cabinet and I'd have to carefully maneuver around so as to avoid hitting her head). Once I found this - problem solved! Just pick her up after bath and hold her close to me and wrap her up. I have continued using this through now when she is almost 3 and I got another one for my baby.I especially like the extra large size - some other competitors are not this big.. but the size is helpful, and makes it last awhile.I was concerned when I saw other reviews that say it's thin - honestly, it doesn't strike me as super thin. I have baby towels that are much thinner. This is absorbent, and works great. Love it!

This towel is the best! It's the first thing I think of when thinking about what to get expectant parents.We've used this since our son was born, well, since we started bathing him in his little tub. The towel is soft, but still absorbent. What makes it so great is the snaps for securing it around your neck. Those snaps are strong and really keep the towel on. The towel keeps you from getting wet while kiddo is in the tub (he's now 21 months, and splashing is big fun in the tub -- we're working on keeping all the water inside the shower where his tub sits, and he tries to do that, but still, sometimes the water comes out and gets us), and then, when bath time is over, you can pick up with baby / toddler with BOTH hands and dry him/her off.We've travelled without this towel, and it was so much harder to take him out of the bath without getting myself wet when I used a regular towel without the snaps.Love this towel.

This is the second towel that I buy from clevamama. The first one I got 2 1/2 years ago for my baby boy. The apron function of this towel was super helpful when he was an infant because it felt secure to have the towel attached to me, as he grew the apron function helped me to stay dry as he splashed in the tub, now that he is a toddler I don't use it as an apron but he still uses it as his main towel. He is a tall boy and this towel still covers him completely. The hood still fits him and it keeps the towel from falling off. The material has held up pretty well to all the washing. I just recently bought the pink towel for my baby girl that is on the way. I now it is not a cheap towel but it has been super helpful over this few years.

Es la mejor toalla que tenemos, no sólo es comodísima para sacar al bebé de la bañera con total seguridad, además es de muy buena calidad y lo suficientente grande como abarcar hasta un niño de dos años. Mi hija tiene 18 meses y es nuestra toalla favorita, una pena que no tenga stock actualmente, hemos intentado comprar otra pero no hemos podido 😔

A me piace e lo utilizzo da quando è nato il mio bimbo fino ad ora che ha quasi due anni. È morbido e dopo averlo lavato e asciugato trilioni di volte in asciugatrice è ancora come nuovo. Tuttavia non l’ho mai usato come accappatoio per lui ne per coprirmi io perché lo troverei scomodo e utilizzo invece la tasca per togliermi l’eccesso di crema per il sederino che mi rimane sulle mani in seguito al cambietto.

La compramos porque con 80cm las anterior toallas ya venían pequeñas al secarla. La sorpresa ha sido al ver que a mi hija le encanta y así como antes cada vez que tenia que salir de la bañera era un drama y no quería salir, ahora en cuanto me cuelgo la toalla del cuello se levanta y sale al momento, le encanta que la levante y la enrolle con la toalla echa un ovillo contra mi pecho. Para mi también me ha facilitado mucho el proceso, al aguantarse la toalla en el cuello con una mano aguanto a la niña mientras con la otra levanto la toalla que cuelga y bebé queda envuelto al instante. Los clips son fuertes y pesando 9 kilos como pesa ahora, no hay ningún problema ni temor a que se descorchen.Como única pega, el parte de la capucha no seca muy bien por la parte interior y le queda el pelo mojado, pero nada que no acabe de secar una pasada rápida de secador.

De todas las toallas que nos regalaron, esta es la que mas nos gusta por la opción de podértela atar al cuello y tener las manos libres para sacar a la bebé de la bañera. Es grande para poderla envolver bien y suavecita.
