Deshedding Tool - Pet Grooming Tool Designed For Dogs/ Cats With Short Or Long Hair

I bought this brush to replace a similar brush that we loved, but lost. While the price was great especially compared to its MUCH higher priced competitor I really missed the hair removal button that so many of these deshedding brushes come equipped with. The brush works really well. it does a great job of removing my lab/beagle mix's undercoat without irritating his skin. During a 15 minute brush session I can usually remove a very substantial amount of fur and I brush my dog a couple of times a week. It is made of a heavyweight plastic with a removable/replaceable blade. Although I don't know why you would ever want to replace the blade. It seems for the price that you could buy an entirely new brush for less than a blade would cost. My only complaint is that I really missed the hair removal button that removes the pet hair effortlessly from the blade during brushing.

Amazing! My puppy is a 7 month old Lab/Heeler mix and has started shedding like crazy. We have to sweep the floor everyday, at least every other day, and keep her off the couch and beds. I brushed her with this grooming tool and I swear I had enough fur to make another dog! I had been thinking about getting that other popular but, expensive grooming too but, am so glad to have this one!I received this product in exchange for my inspection and honest review.

It works. We have a lab, two terriers, and a chihuahua. This little thing reduced our pet hair problem by 90%. The dogs don't mind it at all. They lean right in. Must feel good to get that pesky loose undercoat off.

This product really does comb out the excess hair that our dog was leaving all over the house and on us. It doesn't totally stop hair from being on the floor or on us - but it truly made a difference. Maybe a few hairs compared to a layer when he would lay on something or rub up against us. Wish it was a bit wider - but just glad it works.

Doesn't work for dinner haired dogs like a chug or a dauchund

I use this on my dog everyday and it helps to have less dog hair in our house.

Bought this for the big yellow cat who seems to always be in a state of puffiness (medium hair). This deshedding tool does a fantastic job; you'll be shocked by how efficient it is. And the cat loves it as well. Biggest problem: the dogs who seem to be disgruntled by the attention given to the cat. This tool doesn't pull or cause pain. Did I mention the cat loves it? The construction is heavy, the handle relatively comfortable, and it cleans in a snap. After reading lots of reviews and being uncertain of which to buy, I am please I landed here.
